Please refer to our Shipping Policy for shipping times, costs, and procedures, including our current shipping fee structure: free shipping on orders over $100, and $60 shipping on orders under $100 (where applicable).

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If a dispute arises, you agree to first attempt to resolve it informally by contacting us at support@vitalglowing.com within 30 days of the issue arising.

15.2 Arbitration

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and PPLL MGMT agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules. The arbitration shall take place in Nevada, United States, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

15.4 Exceptions

Either party may bring a claim in small claims court if eligible or seek injunctive or equitable relief for alleged infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights.
