3. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The customer requests to return a new, non-defective item within the policy window
- Any damage or issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is returned within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, uninstalled, and includes all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
Items must be returned in new condition. Used or installed products are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed to be defective or damaged upon arrival, subject to inspection and approval.
4. Reporting Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or issue (including packaging, if applicable)
- A brief description of the problem
We will review the information and, if approved, provide return instructions. Where applicable, we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange return shipping at no cost to you.
5. Return Shipping, Fees, and Restocking
Return Shipping: For approved returns, we will provide return instructions. Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective/damaged on arrival or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fee: Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the product price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges for the same item may be exempt from the restocking fee, subject to approval.
Items returned without prior approval or not following the provided instructions may be refused or subject to additional processing time, and shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
6. Refunds and Replacements
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will confirm whether a refund or replacement applies
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval
- Where applicable, replacement items are shipped after the return is received and approved, unless otherwise agreed
7. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for defective and non-defective products that meet the return conditions. Exchange requests are subject to product availability and approval.
8. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery for damage/defects/incorrect items
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, neglect, or normal wear and tear
- Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order goods (unless defective upon arrival)
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards and downloadable digital items
- Intimate or sanitary products such as underwear, swimwear, or personal care items (unless sealed and unused)
9. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please follow the return process outlined above
10. Shipping Fee Note
Shipping fees are handled under our Shipping Policy. For orders shipped within the United States, we currently offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 may be subject to a $60 shipping fee. Shipping fees, where applicable, are non-refundable except where required by law or where the return is due to our error.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes take effect upon posting to our website.
